Hammond, Stationary Source Compliance Branch(SSCB) Subject: Piedmont Natural Gas(PNG),Wadesboro Compressor Station,Anson County,North Carolina Facility ID 0400056; Permit No. 10097T01 Emissions Testing of Compressor Engines ID COMPOI, COMP02, COMP03,COMP04 Performed August 17, 2016 by Air-Tech Environmental Corporation (Air-Tech) DAQ Tracking No.2016-182st Air-Tech performed testing on COMPO1, COMP02, COMP03, and COMP04 compressor engines. Emission sources COMPOI through COMP04 are four natural gas-fired, four-stroke lean burn(4FSLB) internal combustion reciprocating engines(4,735 horsepower rating)equipped with oxidation catalyst for carbon monoxide control on each engine. Each engine powers a natural gas compressor. The test report has been reviewed and is deemed acceptable. EPA Reference Methods performed were: 10 for carbon monoxide(CO), 25A for total volatile organic compounds(VOC), 18 for methane(CH4), and 7E for nitrogen oxides(NO,,)emissions. COMPO1, COMP02, COMP03, and COMP04 are subject to: • 40 CFR 60 Subpart JJJJ Standards of Performance for Stationary Spark Ignition Internal Combustion Engines 0 40 CFR 63 Subpart ZZZZ National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Reciprocating Internal Combustion Engines(RICE MACT) • 15A NCAC 2D .1423 Large Internal Combustion Engines(RACT) 63 Subpart ZZZZ states that a facility subject to both 60 Subpart JJJJ and 63 Subpart ZZZZ meets the requirements of 63 Subpart ZZZZ by meeting the requirements of 60 Subpart JJJJ. SSCB has reviewed the testing..Results are acceptable to demonstrate compliance with the applicable standards. The test results, limits, and operating parameters are tabulated on the following page. The test results are acceptable and demonstrate compliance of COMPOI through COMP04 for applicable NO, CO and VOC emissions requirements.
