Specific Condition and Limitation No. A.9.b.i of said permit states in part: "By March 1 of each year,regardless of the actual emissions,the Permittee shall submit to the Regional Supervisor, DAQ, a report summarizing emissions of VOC and HAPs containing the following: A. the pounds of VOC used during the previous calendar year; B. the greatest quantity in pounds of an individual HAP used during the previous calendar year; and C. the total pounds of all HAPs used during the previous calendar year." The report due on March 1, 2017 has not yet been received by this office. Therefore,this Notice of Violation is issued to Royale Comfort Seating, Inc. Plant No. 1 for failure to submit the required report within the required timeframe in violation of Air Permit No. 08939R02, Specific Condition and Limitation No. A.9.b.i. It is requested that a written response to this Notice.of Violation be submitted to this office as soon as possible, but no later than ten days following receipt of this notice. Your response should describe any corrective actions that have been taken by the company to assure compliance with the referenced permit condition at all times.
