Hall, Stationary Source Compliance Branch(SSCB)`fA ff Subj ect: Arauco Panels USA,LLC �i'^ Moncure, Chatham County,North Carolina Facility ID 19-00015,Air Permit No. 03449T49 Volatile Organic Compounds(VOC)Emissions Testing of Particleboard Mill Wet ESP By Integrity Air Monitoring, Inc., July 24,2018 DAQ Tracking No.2018-212ST Integrity Air Monitoring performed EPA Method 25A at the outlet of the wet electrostatic precipitator (ESP)to determine VOC emissions expressed as carbon. The emissions test results demonstrate compliance with the applicable regulations. A core layer single pass rotary drum dryer ID 1420, surface layer triple pass rotary drum dryer ID 1430, and a"Wellons"unit,ID 3201.17B,are three unit operations that exhaust to the wet ESP,CD-PB-WESP. The dryers are subject to 15A NCAC 2D .0530 Prevention of Significant Deterioration(PSD)Best Available Control Technology(BACT). The emissions test results and limits are shown in the table below.
