While conducting an annual inspection at Valley Proteins (0800081), Sam Mellott and I also
performed visible emissions surveillance on W.E. Partners ESP stack. We watched the
emissions from the stack from approximately 3:23 PM - 3:30 PM. The sky was overcast. We
both agreed that the opacity was not more than 5%.
