I. DIRECTIONS TO SITE: From FRO,take Hwy 401 South to Wagram.Turn right at Old Wire Road
(Hwy 144)and continue—11 '/2 miles to Laurel Hill.Turn right onto Hwy 74 West and travel—35 miles to
Wadesboro. Continue through town,the facility is on the left,—50 yards past the Hwy 52 intersection.

III. FACILITY DESCRIPTION: Concrete Supply Co.,LLC is a dormant concrete batch plant located in
Wadesboro,Anson County. The facility has not been operational for years,but there are still silos,
conveyors and raw material bunkers on site. The facility's air quality permit was rescinded on 09 August
2016 under the newly adopted 2Q .0102(d)exemption.
IV. INSPECTION SUMMARY: On 17 April 2018,I Mike Thomas of FRO DAQ,conducted a site visit for
a compliance inspection of the Concrete Supply Co.,LLC., -Wadesboro location. The facility remains
unused and there appeared to be no signs of activity to suggest reopening in the near future. I spoke to
Mr.Johnie Alexander,Environmental Manager,who stated that there are no plans to operate the plant in
the future.
V. NON-COMPLIANCE HISTORY SINCE 2010: The facility does not have a history of non-
compliance.
VI. RISK MANAGEMENT(112r): This facility does not store any 112(r)subject materials in excess of
threshold quantities. Therefore,the facility is not required to maintain a written Risk Management Plan
(RMP)•
VII. CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
Concrete Supply Co.,LLC -Wadesboro was non-operational at the time of the visit,and appeared to be
IN COMPLLANCE with applicable air quality regulations.
