Dear Mr. Williamson,
Your facility is subject to 15A NCAC 2D .0542 — Control of Particulate Emissions from
Cotton Ginning Operations, which requires a report be submitted to this Office no later than
March 1st every year. The required report was received in this office on 26 March 2018. This letter
is to officially inform you that by submitting the required report after the due date you deviated from
the 15A NCAC 2D .0542 annual reporting requirement.
As stated in the subject above, this letter represents a Notice of Deficiency for the cited
deviation. Be aware that future deviations from air quality regulations could result in issuance of a
Notice of Violation, and may be subject to the assessment of civil penalties according to North
Carolina General Statute 143-215.114A.
Additionally, the Division strongly recommends that you carefully examine your current Air
Emission Source Registration document and the applicable air emission control regulations. I£you
