Specific Condition and Limitation No. A.9.b.i (A-C) of said permit states in part: "As required by 15A NCAC 2Q .0803,the Permittee shall comply with the following requirements: i. Therefore, this Notice of Deficiency is issued to Hancock&Moore, LLC dba Hancock& Moore Plant 1 for failure to submit the required report within the required timeframe in violation of Air Permit No. 04852RI9, Specific Condition and Limitation No A.9.b.i (A-C). It is requested that a written response to this Notice of Deficiency be submitted to this office as soon as possible, but no later-than-ten days following--receipt-of_this notice. Your response should include the referenced report and describe any corrective actions that have been taken by the company to assure compliance with the referenced permit condition at all times. It should be noted that additional documented deficiencies could result in a Notice of Violation by this office. We appreciate your immediate attention to this environmental concern.
