Comment: We reviewed Sites 30, 5, 6, 7 and 8 with the Corps, DOT's DEC, Roadside Environmental, Assistant
Regional Engineer and several other contractors and inspectors. The project is active and several sites
are being worked on at various stages of construction along with grading/filling work. The sites were in
compliance, EC measures and SDOs were all maintained and in good working order. Construction BMPs
(pump arounds) were operating by design. No turbid water discharges were noted.
