I'd say that's accurate. They haven't found any RTE species, except crayfish, in the streams that will be crossed and the
streams where there are RTE species, they plan to cross by HDD. For the ACP, we used some language for reducing
sedimentation during the non -growing season at sites where mussels are a concern...
