According to a 5/15/97 phone conservation with Mr. Douglas
Ball, the construction of the required 32,00 ft2 wet detention pond
has begun and is quickly approaching completion. This construction
was confirmed during a cursory 5/12/97 reconnaissance inspection.
As was discussed with Mr. Ball, the completion of this wet
detention pond was required (as per the February 21, 1995 401
Certification) prior to construction or lots being sold. Mr. Ball
was instructed that to serve his own interests and to conform to
the 2/21/95 401 Certification, he (or other responsible
individuals) should submit a completion schedule and maintenance
plan for the wet detention pond.
If a more intensive inspection of this site is warranted,
please feel free to give me a call.

modified plan in hereby approved as a modification to Water
Quality Certification Number 3040. All other conditions of that
Certification are still applicable.

We had identified in our permit submittal that there was approximately 0.3 acres of existing
wetland disturbance with the previous impoundment location. Based on aerial photography
interpretation, previous field surveys, and the reduced length of the new impoundment
structure, we anticipate a reduction in wetland impact. We have identified that there are no
other natural, cultural or historic resources impacted by this relocation.
