This letter is in response to your letter faxed to our company by Glenstone Health Care
on September 12, 2000. We have had difficulties merging the stream relocation and
stream restoration plans into one mitigation plan. As you know, the original stream
relocation occurred in 1997 and our company's restoration took place in 2000. However,
we will have the final stream mitigation plan complete next week and will send you a
copy as well as to John Dorney. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call.
