On January 10, 2019, we reviewed a potential mitigation site for U2579DEF off of Phelps Drive. The main stream on the
potential site (permit site 18) is an intermittent stream. The USACE required mitigation for impacts to the site. Its my
understanding that DMS is doing mitigation on intermittent streams for credit from both DWR and the USACE. Can you
confirm that we will be able to get credit for mitigation to an intermittent stream at close out if the site meets all of the
requirements of the mitigation plan? I have attached a pdf with the area highlighted for a refresher.
