Subject: R-2247EC sediment losses
On the R-2247EC project, we had sediment losses following rains on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. At Permit Site 2 about
2, 5 gal buckets were recovered from the southbound side and 1, 5gal bucket from the northbound side. At site 4
approximately 10, 5 gal buckets were cleaned out of the headwall in our permanent impact area. Site 5 had
approximately 1 cy of loss with more in the pipe. I visited the project today with our Assistant Resident, Nick. We
reviewed the 4 sites, and are working to get the contractor to complete the necessary repairs and revise the EC design at
