Thank you for your response to the Division's and USACE's request for more information dated February 8, 2019 and
January 17, 2019. As indicated in your responses "Mountain Valley is currently completing route evaluations and will be
providing updated impact tables at a later date." and "Mountain Valley will provide final plan and profile view for all
proposed permanent fills of aquatic resources in North Carolina... once all surveys have been completed and Project
design is finalized."
The Division will consider the application "on hold" until the documentation noted above is submitted for review.
