I'm checking in on this project, again. The application was submitted January 3. On January 4, 1 contacted you
asking for clarification on who the applicant was because it is not clear on the application form. I emailed you
asking for the same information on January 7, 17 and 25. As I have indicated previously, the approval letter is
drafted, the only reason it has not been issued is because I do not have an answer as to who the applicant is. I
would really like to get this application off my desk. Basic question:
1. Who is the applicant for the variance, Flora or Preston? Please submit an updated page 1 of the
application form clearly identifying the applicant.
a. If Flora is the applicant, I need something from Flora authorizing Preston to sign the application
on their behalf.
b. If Preston is the applicant, I need something from Flora authorizing Preston to submit a
variance application for property owned by Flora. Also indicate that Flora is the owner on the
updated page 1 of the application form.

You are right, I was mistaken. It's actually a copy of the "Original Filing" of Flora Development LLC which
as you can see is owned by the founders/partners of Preston Development Company Timothy R. Smith
and Julian W. Rawl. I will talk with Preston Development tomorrow to get this all sorted out and
hopefully have an answer for you tomorrow as well.

between Flora and Preston (unless I missed something or all the attachments didn't open). I
have one basic question:
