TIP No. B-4179
Macon County
Dear Mr. Setzer:
Dee Freeman
Secretary
On July 8, 2009, I inspected the construction work on the culvert on Cat Creek Road in Macon County. The
erosion and sedimentation control structures, vegetative covering, and matting appear to be working properly.
Please continue to ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained and that seeding and
mulching are performed as needed to protect downstream waters. A copy of the inspection report is attached
to this letter.
If you have questions, please call me at 828-296-4500.
Sincerely,
.s
Michael R. Parker

project appears to be in good shape over all.
Continue to maintain erosion control devices and continue with seeding and matting as required.
