Dear Mr. Gangle:
On October 17, 2018, the Division of Water Resources (Division) received your application
dated October 12, 2018, requesting modification to the Individual Water Quality Certification
Buffer Authorization from the Division for the subject project. Additional information related to
the modification request was received by the Division on November 15, 2018. On November
20, 2018, the Division was notified that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers had suspended the
February 9, 2018 authorization to conduct work under the NWP 12.
The Division has determined that the application cannot be processed until the U.S. Army Corps
of Engineers has lifted the suspension for the subject project. Please notify the Division when
