Attached to the letter were 34 reasons that the NCDEQ provided for disapproving of Atlantic's erosion and sediment control plans submitted. Atlantic has reviewed the reasons and is working to address the 34 reasons included with the letter. The attached spreadsheet provides an explanation as to how Atlantic intends to respond to each item. Please contact Spencer or me if you have questions.
