As we discussed, the Indirect and Cumulative Impacts Assessment incorrectly states that Robeson County is subject to the NPDES Phase II Stormwater Rule. Please see an excerpt from the stormwater program map below. The purple -gray areas do not have a stormwater program. Because of the lack of stormwater programs in this county, additional information is necessary to determine whether the growth stimulating effects anticipated by the project would be expected to impact water quality. More detailed information regarding the development anticipated is necessary for this determination. Please let us know if you have any questions about this request.
