Bladen County
Dear Mr. Olcott:
Our office has received your May 18, 1989, letter regarding closure of
the wastewater sludge lagoon and reviewed the proposal as outlined in the
attachment. We find no objection to your plan as proposed and recommend that
you proceed with the cleanout and closure. It is requested that you notify
our office prior to the initiation of this activity and provide us with a
quarterly status report during the project.
Should you have any questions or need further clarification, please
advise.

SUBJECT: Groundwater Monitoring Requirements for

The purpose of this letter is to notify you that the analyses of the
samples you collect from your monitor wells every March, July, and November
must be submitted to the Division of Environmental Management no later than
the last day of every April, August, and December.
