Enclosed is a copy of the Compliance Evaluation Inspection conducted March 21, 2003. As
part of the inspection a tour of the Wastewater Treatment Plant was conducted. All observations and
recommendations are in Part D. Summary of Findings/Comments of this inspection report. The
cooperation of Mr. Robert Geddie, Grade IV ORC and Mr. Ray Beard, Grade II Operator in Training
was greatly appreciated. As a reminder preservation of the Waters of the State can only be acquired
through consistent NPDES permit compliance.
