The plans, specifications, and supporting documents for the Dupont Company — Fayetteville Works WWTP, Third Clarifier
have been reviewed.
1. After reviewing the plans for this project and visiting the plant, this office recommends proceeding with the
authorization to construct. This clarifier will help with the new polyvinylfluoride production facility, and also if there
is a need to take one of the other two clarifiers off line for repair.
