Remedial actions should be taken to correct this problem. The Division of Water Quality may pursue enforcement action
for this and any additional violations of State law.
The Division currently has on staff a wastewater treatment plant consultant to offer technical assistance for facilities with
operational concerns. This office encourages all facilities to request assistance, if possible, prior to occurrence of
violations. The WWTP Consultant is available during regularly scheduled workdays. Should you have questions
