Dear Ms. Rodriquez,
I am concerned about weaknesses in the proposed Dupont permit because it puts my water source at risk. It seems that there are too
many risks and not enough protection for public health. For example, if there are daily limits on substances, they should be tested
daily. Guidelines on limits should be clearly defined, not vague and should not put the public at risk. Substances should be tested at
the locations where they enter the river.
There are so many questions and concers, that there should be a public hearing on this permit. I would appreciate it if you would let
me know when and where this hearing would take place. I also appreciate the opportunity to voice these concers.
