I am a citizen of NC that is concerned about Chemours release of GenX into the Cape Fear River. I see that their
NPDES permit is in review by your organization. Can you add a specification to their discharge to the Cape Fear
River that limits the concentrations of GenX to the NC DHHS's health advisory level of 140 ppt?
