The Division of Water Resources has made a preliminary determination that your facility may be subject to these rules. In order to make the final determination, the Division is requesting the following information: 1. Design intake flow for your facility (maximum flow the intake structure is capable of withdrawing.) 2. Actual intake for your facility (average volume of water withdrawn on an annual basis over the past three years.) 3. Percent of the water withdrawn on an actual intake flow basis used exclusively for cooling purposes.
