The Compliance Evaluation Inspection was conducted by Mark Brantley, Environmental Senior Specialist, of the Fayetteville Regional Office. The facility was found to be in Compliance with permit NC0003573. The cooperation of Jamie Lewis, Grade 4 facility ORC, was greatly appreciated. As a reminder, preservation of the Waters of the State can only be achieved through consistent NPDES Permit compliance. Comments • Facility was clean and neat in appearance at the time of the inspection. • Maintenance records are maintained on an electronic work order system. • ORC logbooks are well kept. Laboratory records for the month of February 2015 were compared to the monthly DMR and no transcription errors were found at that time. • Facility's NPDES permit will expire on October 31, 2016. Please remember that the permit renewal application is to be submitted at least 180 days prior to the expirations date. • Enclosed is a registration form for the Division of Water Resources eDMR program. Once the facility is registered staff from the Fayetteville Regional Office will conduct a technical help session for Chemours Staff.
