According to the DMR reports reviewed for the period September 1991 through August 1992, the plant's effluent was in com- pliance with the NPDES permit's monthly average limits for discharge pipe Nos. .001, .002, and .003. 2. Mr. Tom Gill, the plant manager, has been replaced by Mr. Mike Mayberry. Mr. Bruce Youtsey has replaced Mr. Jim Wallwork as Environmental Coordinator. 3. Sludge is being transported to an out-of-town permitted landfill for sposal. 4. A list of fifty-seven 57 organic chemicals are bei monitored u 1 nab samples of the effluent.
