Do not click links or open attachments unless verified. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report. spamknc.gov. Attached please find the Request for Rehearing on the ACP filed this a.m. with FERC. The request was made by the Public Interest Groups -- NC WARN, Clean Water for NC, BREDL, and 18 other community and civic groups, mostly along the route of the ACP. We believe FERC has failed to comply with NEPA, and rules concerning environmental justice, climate change, and cumulative impacts. The request is a preliminary step in appealing the decision to the Federal DC Circuit Court of Appeals. John D. Runkle Attorney at Law 2121 Damascus Church Rd.
