Dear Division of Water Resources,

As a longtime NC resident and member of the economy I concerned about the Atlantic Coast Pipeline's 401 Water
Quality Certification application. In it, they claim that they'll restore waterbodies and wetlands back to being healthy.
However, the applicant does not list any specific plans to measure or monitor the waterways they say would be
impacted. Protecting our waterways is important to me and the economy aof the state as well as its health of its
citizens.

The Atlantic Coast Pipeline would put our water basins in jeapordy.

Please reject the application from the Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC because it does not meet my and DEQ's standards of
protecting our waterways.

We need strict standards to certify that the job is done properly and even with these standards there is always human
error to reckon with.
