RE: 401 water quality certification and opposition to the ACP

I have concerns about the ACP and the water quality in my area of Nash County. The land that the pipeline is scheduled
to pass through is a low wet area. It Is a small stream/wetland that concerns me. What will happen to the quality and also
the run off of this stream. What kind of quality will there be ifs this wet area is disturbed. What and where will the water
run off if this is disturbed. Will this pollute our well? Will it cause the water to flow back into our yard? Will the flow of the
water wash away the covering of the pipeline? There are a lot of questions that have not been addressed on the water
quality and problems that it may cause. I don't believe that the benefits outweigh the possible problems and pollution this
pipeline will cause.
