Dear Division of Water Resources,

I'm very concerned about the Atlantic Coast Pipeline's 401 Water Quality Certification application. There have been
rampant water quality problems in the US recently. This pipeline would only exacerbate the problem. I grew up on well
water at the NC/VA border. To strip future generations of this ability is illogical. This is surely a step in the aerobic
direction.

Please reject the application from the Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC because it does not meet my and DEQ's standards of
protecting our waterways.
