To whome it may concern,

Reject the water quality certification for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline.

The risk to our water ways is too great. The detrimental impact on native comunities is unethical and not in line
with environmental justice.

The additional carbon emissions this pipline would cause is unacceptable. The threat of Global warming is clear
and present. We cannot afford to perpetuate our addiction to fossil fuels into this century.

Clean water is more precious than oil. We need to progress and invest in a clean energy future.

The function of the DEQ is to protect the environment for ourselves and our children. Fracked gas has no place
in our state. No more fossil fuel infrustructure. Water is life!
