Duke Power, for one, has already proven they don't have any concern for water quality with their coal ash ponds and waste effluvience. In this case, the applicant does not list any specific plans to measure or monitor the waterways they say would be impacted or how they'll restore waterbodies and wetlands back to being healthy. They haven't cleaned up their last mess, let's not give them the opportunity to create another. Please reject the application from the Atlantic Coast Pipeline LLC because it does not meet my and DEQ's standards of protecting our waterways. Thank you. Sincerely, Ellen Rubenstein Chelmis 37 Audubon Dr true Asheville, NC 28804 8286588803 1
