Dear Division of Water Resources,

The application for 401 Water Quality Certification for the ACP doesn't include enough details about which streams
would be jeopardized by trenching, cofferdams, or in-stream blasting. Without site-specific details, it's impossible to
know what the water quality impacts would be.

The application hasn't shown that the Atlantic Coast Pipeline won't pollute our waterways. Please reject this application.
I am boldly saying in confidence that this is not something that I agree as touching. I set my faith in agreement with
those who are opposed against the 401 Water Quality Application.
