I am very concerned about the ACP that is planned for eastern NC. The potential for environmental harm (to
rivers, wells, wildlife, etc.) is not worth the 20 or so jobs created, and most of the gas will be used by Duke and
Dominion.
I also find it exceedingly unfair that the power companies can build a pipeline EVEN IF IT IS NOT NEEDED
for a profit... not only do they pass along the actual costs to their customers but they add a percentage above the
actual cost.
This pipeline is not needed. It is planned for the poorest counties with the most minority populations in NC for
a reason.
I live very close to a pipeline and do not enjoy the noise!

Do not allow this pipeline.
