I am a North Carolina resident and a member of Clean Water for North Carolina. I am very concerned about the
proposed Atlantic Coast Pipeline.

Water is the most basic element needed for human survival (well, second to air). Not only is the pipeline project
unneeded given availability of cheaper, cleaner fuels, but it also represents a major threat to drinking water and
the overall environment in the counties it is planned to pass through.

Please vote against this permit and put the welfare of North Carolinians before corporate profit.
