While this letter appears to raise Environmental Justice, 401 permitting, and potential spills/groundwater issues related
to the ACP’s proposed route – which all relative DEQ programs are working to evaluate and address, I recommend that
this letter be posted on DEQ’s ACP web page with the other ACP comments we have received.
