Subject:Atlantic Coast Pipeline
I request that the the N.C. Division of Water Resources (DWR) deny Atlantic Coast Pipeline, LLC's application for a 401
Water Quality Certification and Buffer Authorization. Should this authorization be approved, there would be long-
lasting, very damaging consequences to, not only the immediately impacted Northampton, Halifax, Nash, Wilson,
Johnston, Sampson, Cumberland and Robeson Counties, but to the economy and environmental health our entire state.
Any economic gains are far outweighed by the superior negative consequences of the ACP.
