Since the water will be so near the surface I can only assume that eventually most of it will reach the surface where it will have a profoundly negative impact on all that come into contact with it - animals, birds, nature and ultimately people. And DO NOT say this will not happen as you jolly well know it will. The contaminated water will eventually makes its way to the surface. What guarantees can be put forth that this would NEVER occur!?! There are none!!! Stop lying! Try being (somewhat) honest and explain what methods would be employed to counter any danger(s) this will surely cause. Thank you! Jackie Romanker 1
