Subject Fayetteville Outer Loop- Public Comment Period Ending
Everyone,
The Public Notice comment period for the Fayetteville Outer Loop project
ends this week So far, we've only received written comments from Gary
Jordan (UFWS) regarding opinion on the mitigation ratios for this
project recommending a 2 1 instead of the DOT proposed 1 5 1
I just wanted to make sure that if any other agencies were submitting
comments on this to the COE to make sure DWQ was copied (We currently
are leaning a similar view as Gary ) Mail, fax [phone]) or email is
fine with me I dust want to make sure I have something in the file (in
time) from anyone who has an opinion on it and that nothing got delayed
or lost in transit
