Transportation Project along SR 1140 (Kershaw Road) in Harnett County The project will be
completed in compliance with NCDENR Division of Water Quality General Certification 3704,
and, USACE Nationwide Permit #14
This project is being submitted under the 401 Automated Payment Procedure. The State
Project Number is 6C.043070 and the permit fee is $240.00.
A separate copy of this submission has been forwarded to Ken Averitte of the Fayetteville
Regional Office.
