DuRe Energy has Begun the process to prepare the 1964 ash basin for closure via excavation. 1 his
process entails review of historical aerial photographs, 1964 ash basin drawings, site borings and
discussions with present and prior employees. This has resulted in a slight iiioditicaticin ut the upstream
waste Boundary from that first identified in Zulu when the Division required groundwater monitoring at
the compliance boundary. This slight modification of the waste Boundary is shown in the two enclosed
figures.
The moditication of the waste Boundary required a slight change to the compliance Boundary and half
mile radiaz) trUiii the compliancc boundary. The minor update to the halt mile radius resulted in one
additional receptor identified (9 Plott Place)_ Records search reveals this location is supplied by
municipal water.
Future documents will show the enclosed updated waste, compliance and halt mile survey Buundai ieb.
