impacts in the Cape Fear River Basin, the project is listed as R-3303A & B instead
of U-3303A & B. I just wanted to bring it to your attention. Outside of this, I

U-3303A/B (Improvements to South Mebane Street from Huffman Mill Road to NC 54).
Please review the attachment to ensure NCDOT can comply with the conditions for
this project. The <condition type> 404 conditions will also be distributed, if
necessary, once the permit is received. Please reply with any comments by August
