Enclosed, please find seven (7) copies of a PCN and related documentation for a Linear
Transportation Project along SR 1700 (Mercer Mill Road) in Bladen County. The project will be
completed in compliance with NCDENR Division of Water Quality General Certification 3704,
and, USACE Nationwide Permit #14.

This project is being submitted under the 401 Automated Payment Procedure. The State
Project Number is 41168.1.1 and the permit fee is $240.00.

Since this project is a Division 6 Design Construction Project, a separate copy of this
submission has been forwarded to Ken Averitte of the Fayetteville Regional Office for
review.
