(SR1826) & North Main St. (SR1003) Hiatt Branch [03-06-08, 17-3-1-(1), WS-IVI West Fork Deep River [03-06-08, 17-3-(0.7) WS-IV CA] On-Site Determination for Applicability to the Randleman Buffer Rules (15A NCAC 2B .0250) Dear Ms. Montague: On May 23, 2002, at your request Division of Water Quality (DWQ) staff conducted an on-site determination to review drainage features on the subject property for applicability to the Randleman River Buffer Rules [ 15A NCAC 2B .0250]. As a result of our on-site determination the DWQ has determined that several drainage features listed in the table below and approximated on the attached map stamped and initialed by DWQ staff on 5/31/02 are subject to the Randleman Buffer rules. No other surface waters subject to the Randleman Buffer Rules were found to exist within the project limits.
