USAGE representatives conclusion that the Shocco Creek system at this location is
functioning as a wetland and therefore is not buffered. However, because this is
a result of beaver impoundments and is within the Tar-Pam system, stormwater
control measures must be implemented.
Please let me know if this accurately reflects our meeting today and/or if you
have anything further to add so I can forward this information to the hydraulics
unit so they can prepare the permit drawings.
