COE Action ID # 199400590
NCDOT Highway Division 8 is formally requesting a time extension of the 401 water
quality certification for the above listed project. The reason for the extension is explained
in the attached letter from Darren R. Scott, PE Resident Engineer, to Mr. Richard
Spencer, USACOE dated September 19, 2006.
I am also including Mr. Spencer response to the request dated December 11, 2006.
