• comments: I have crossed out the portions of the agreement that are not applicable. Feel free to
add any requirements that you feel are necessary.
For the wetland area that will receive stormwater from lots 10, 11, 12 and 17, 1 would recommend
adding the following requirements:
1. Under Section 1, Item E: The wetland area shall be inspected for eroding areas and excessive
debris/trash accumulation. Any eroding areas shall be stabilized immediately, and trash/debris
shall be removed as necessary to maintain proper function and aesthetic appearance.
2. Under Section III, Item C: The wetland area shall be inspected to ensure proper vegetative growth
and successful assimilation of the stormwater. Additional plantings or pruning of invasive species
(by hand) should be conducted as necessary to promote proper functioning of the wetland.
Item D: Sediment accumulation in the wetland area should be spread (by hand) to avoid choking
out vegetation or creating localized channels. Excessive sediment accumulations must be
removed to an upland area, with minimal disturbance to the wetland vegetation and in situ soils.
