With the receipt of this letter, the 401 PCN application we submitted August 2, 2016 (and requested to have put on hold September 16, 2016) should now be complete. Please proceed with the 401 review process. We understand that this will require a 30 day Public Notice period. In the meantime, we will be revising our EA to reflect comments and changes from our own Public Notice period. A Final EA is expected to be released by early to mid-January 2017.
